These terms apply to the CafeSeva website and web tools at cafeseva.com (the "Service"), provided by VPSLake, Hedayet Nagar, Jateswar, Alipurduar, West Bengal 735216, India ("we", "us"). By buying or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

CafeSeva gives a cyber cafe or shop online tools such as a passport photo maker, background remover, image compressor and PDF compressor. The tools run in your web browser. We may improve, add or change tools over time.

2. Your account

• An account is created after a successful payment, using the details you give on the buy page. Give correct details.
• One account is for one cafe or shop. You may use it on the computers of that one business; do not share or resell your login.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.

3. Price and payment

The current price is ₹299 one-time for lifetime access, as shown on our website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not see or store your card or bank details. Prices may change for new buyers; a price change never affects accounts already paid for.

4. Lifetime access

"Lifetime" means for as long as CafeSeva is offered by us. If we ever close the Service, we will give at least 60 days' notice by email or WhatsApp.

5. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & cancellation policy.

6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the photos and documents you process and for having your customers' permission to handle them. Do not use the Service to make forged, fake or misleading documents or identity photos, to break any law, or to copy, reverse-engineer, resell or overload the Service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Results

The tools follow common Indian photo and upload rules (for example 35 × 45 mm passport photos), but each office or portal sets its own rules. Please check the requirement before submitting; we are not responsible for a form or application rejected by a third party.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Alipurduar, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
