Shipping & delivery policy

CafeSeva is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no delivery charges.

Delivery

Your account is created automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — normally within a minute. You are taken straight to your dashboard, and a welcome email with your payment receipt is sent to the email address you gave.

Delays

If your account is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 94343 44325 with your payment ID. We will activate it or refund you in full, as described in our Refund & cancellation policy.

CafeSeva is offered to businesses in India and works in any modern browser (Google Chrome recommended).
